The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.

Shipping rates

Most of our items take 7-8 weeks to be delivered.

Shipping policy

If there is an error in the shipping address, please email us immediately. We are unable to change an address or redirect orders once the item has been dispatched and are not obligated to give you a refund.

Duties & taxes

Your order may be subject to duties, fees and import taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that We have no control over these charges and We cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Fashcinating will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes and will not reimburse these expenses.

Returns, refunds and exchange

All sales are final sale. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Sizing

All our garments come with margin to tighten or loosen if needed. The measurements are listed in each product description but if you are unsure, contact us at imsofashcinating@gmail.com before placing your order and we will be happy guide you.
